Integrated Management System for Demand-responsive Public Transport

This integrated control system consists of the trip calendar described above, dynamic scheduling and route planning, the data portal and complaints management. This integrated system has been in use since 14 December 2014 on Texel island. The results are striking: a high combination mark per route (average 4) with excellent results for quality (> 98% on time within a 10 minute window).
